Serious inquiry though.. do you guys actually keep your synchrorev on? I've had mine turned off most of the time since I got my car. It's cool and all but

Serious inquiry though.. do you guys actually keep your synchrorev on? I've had mine turned off most of the time since I got my car. It's cool and all but kinda bugs me whenever I clutch in for neutral to stop for any lights/stop signs it revs. Feels almost like I'm abusing the box when I'm stuck in stop-and-go traffic.
 The odd time I actually decide to take some corners Paul Walker style I just heel-toe myself (I'm professional like that).
