Keep in mind though that after lowering you will need to align it a couple hundered miles after driving it. A good alignment can be had for 100 bucks or so. Also after lowering you may consider wheel spacers to push the wheels out further seeing as how lowering will "tuck" them more. Spacers are fairly affordable as well. Doing all that will keep you well under $1100. You may even have enough left over to pick up a used Stillen Gen 3 intake
