Edit: Wait a sec, according to your siggy... It's Hankook! :)

More like "its Hankook:(" :bowrofl: I really thought the fronts were gonna be good enough so I cheaped out and just bought rears. I have been lookin at my drivers side front as a measure for remaining tread. This weekend when I removed the passenger front I noticed that it is much more worn than the drivers side. Now I feel the need to replace the fronts. BUT im def ready to upgrade from the Hankooks so if I end up buying a totally new set now Ill be  at the $ wasted since I really wanted to upgrade:shakes head:

At the begining you can hear a slight exhaust rattle so I didnt totally eliminate the prob but it was much worse. Thats the only time it made a noise yesterday though. Enjoy.

So you like the mic and positioning under the car? I could not hear the exhaust rattle and the mic sounded excellent. No audible noise/hiss from the mic as others had reported. I take it with this clip the mic was in the cabin? Windows up or down? Stillen CBE sounds great, running stock cats.

Just now repped ya

I ran that up into my trunk, thru the car and out the drivers side door. From there tucked it into the hood and plugged it into my GoPro which was on my hood attatched with the suction cup mount. In reality I can mount the camera anywhere I want though:tup: Did you see the quick vid I posted?? It will give you a great idea of how good the setup sounds:tup:

Ahhh...just now saw this post..Dang a 25 ft mic cord and it did not loose any signal strength. Great job, in my previous post I was referring to the mic. Your adaptor will work, just need to find one without purchasing the X-grip. Probably search B&H photo for the adapter. Thanks rep'd. Feel free to post up some more videos, would like to see and hear more. :tiphat:

Btw: your vacation sounds great, if I had the time off, the $$ and a motor transport I would be out to Z Days in a heartbeat. Everything ready to go with the Z or do you have some final prepping?

:hello:Night Z fam

Will catch up on reading backlog of pages when time permits or may not..haha.

Hopefully everyone had the opp to stretch their Z legs this weekend. Looked like ideal weather all around.

Ideal Sunday night: dinner, t.v., relaxing with fam and at least four Z visits to the garage.

I had hopes of stretching the Z legs this weekend but as it turned out just some local city putting. The bro is still building up his endurance for longer drives and corners...Patience grasshopper ;)

I'm a little tired after running 3 miles today. I was testing the degree to which I've recovered from the Flu. I think that i'm about 90% back. Now, I have to see how well I can do my P90X routines. It was a great drive and almost completely empty! We ended up at Horseshoe Bay, a very nice community on the lake. I was disappointed in the lack of sports cars out there though.

Hope you all had a great, relaxing Sunday. Good night guys!

So today(Sunday) when I finish work, I get to my Z and ready to go home... and I found this on the windshield :icon14: :icon14::

http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7213/7...b23d6d24_z.jpg

I was going to throw it away as usual but then I saw the word HD WASH and Waterless

I was like :ugh: for 2 secs then :wtf:

I can't believe some people @#%$# idiot I say would advertise waterless carwash as "HD carwash" :wtf:

The waterless carwash spray only costs around $20 and these people are charging people $10/wash... :wtf: again... :shakes head: :shakes head:

I do waterless ONLY IN Winter because the water tap in the garage is turned off because of cold temperature, and I only consider it as a quick clean....

So... Mr.kenchan, and all of us who does proper car wash, wax and detailing....

We can call our way of car wash:

IMAX 3D WASH!!!!

:bowrofl:

happytheman 05-07-2012 06:32 AM

Hmm, I dont understand why everything in the known world has gone HD? Meh, whatever. It's the hype that draws the oblivious lemmings in.

Good morning z fambly!

Hope you all have a great non-stressful week! :)

How are you doing?? Such a nice day to drive, we have 20c and lots of sun  Enjoy it as much as you can cos rain is expected tomorrow....

May I dare to ask which city your parents is living.... cos I am guess either Ottawa or Montreal... :p

You're guessing in the wrong direction. They moved to a little place called Waterford, near the famous Port Dover. The one good thing about the drive is you can get "cheap" gas from the Indian Reserve. I managed to buy gas for $1.14 last night on the reserve while it's currently $1.25 in the GTA.

Have a great day Mr.alcheng :hello:

Right when we take off in that vid as we are turning around it slightly rattles. Yeah, didnt notice much white noise either:tup: Mr. ZForce, the mic is positioned under the rear fog just like in the pics I showed you. Also, Im running test pipes, no cats. The Stillen CBE wasnt near as loud when it still had the stock cats on it.:icon17:

Thanks Brantly:tiphat: Like I said the mic was mounted under the rear fog:tup: Im really pleased with that little mic. Its some of the best 50 bucks Ive ever spent. Def gonna encourage me to shoot with my GoPro more. Didnt use my older one much since the sound quality was so bad. But having this external mic option on the new Hero 2 is AWESOME!!!

Super busy at work and then at home I've been running in 100 different directions so I haven't had much time to get onto the forums. Cars pretty much been in the garage still because whenever there's a meet or anything locally it ends up raining(I Don't bother driving my car to work because I live literally like 2 min away, and crappy parking situation)...

But on a brighter note, I just ordered custom plates for the Z

And I'm thinking of ordering the Evo-R 1 Pc lip with carbon fiber center
