i need to play make believe let's-have-eye-exam with my younger kid as he needs visual check for next school yr.

problem is his english isn't that great so i need to teach him everything the doc will ask to prepare him so that he doesnt freeze up.

he knows his alphabet, but his speaking skillz sounds like cantonese... and we've not taught him any chinese. lol

Mr.kenchan, the eye exam should be far more simple than an adult one since the optometrist should have a chart which display graphics instead of characters, and most question asked by the O.D. should be "1st one and the 2nd one, which one is more clear~~~?"

In fact, the most challenging task, will be getting him to get onto the exam chair without scaring him.

Mr.GaleForce, Mosport, that formula course is quite exciting, roughly a 1 min short course. The other event is track day, but I have to upgrade the brakes on my Z first.

Yes, kids can speak foreign languages without being taught, I remember when I was still living with both of mine, (yes, I was, not anymore... I see them once a week now) they spoke something like italian or african that only they understand...!!

when I took my older son back 3yrs ago he had to use the same letter board as adults. He was talking sentences from age 2 so he did fine.

88 here too!! Left work early and installed a new camshaft position sensor on my gf's 323i. Just got back from carving some twisties. Loving my new upgrades

Just got done sprayon carwashing my G.

too windy outside to bucket wash. Also cleaned my Z's glass (with window cleaner).

hi, mr.alcheng, thanks for asking.

yes, the filter makes a huge difference.

ive had the Bosche filter in my G, but this time im using the Fram charcoal filter like in my Z. thing works great (and much cheaper too!)

this am i was driving with the window cracked open, my nose felt kinda itchy so closed the window and turned up the hvac. 1-2min later no issue.

i recommend the Fram filter. for the Z it's CF10157...and only like $12.

take advantage of the $3 rebate.

Mr. Ken-San, I'm sorry to hear that you have such allergy woes. I feel extremely fortunate with regards to allergies Ma's I have only a couple...and they're easily avoidable.
