Happy is that your pool? Is it in a Florida room or are those screens?? I'd Love to enclose my pool with fine mesh screens that I could take down. Don't know what the cost would be though.

Looks like I will be taking the Z to a shop for work for the first time. Dont feel like dealing w that snapped bolt w/o a lift. Cant wait to pay an insane amout of $$$ for something so stupid. Crazy that it just snapped outta nowhere

Hello all.. I talked to the Wife.. She was just emotional and did not want to talk, but we talked it out..

It really is a chance of a lifetime, and I have a maximum I will offer on the Shaq type home..
And being it is a short sale, I may not get it anyways. So I am going to look at it this week just in case.

We are still a team.. So I am not so upset anymore...

What a roller coaster ride...
