Well i drove home from work and after the normal waiting till the rpm's drop below 1000 upon initial start i go to pull off easy day but after i put it into gear i hear a grinding noise like metal on metal i turn down my radio to make sure it wasn't me didn't hear it so i pulled off. I see a old 89 ford escort pulling out a few spaces away i let him go 45 minutes later of bumper to bumper traffic later i get to the light that takes you off base only to find out the lane is not moving at the green light low and behold 5 minutes later i see the same escort (F)ound (O)n (R)oad (D)ead. But luckily a good semaritin was there to help him out.

Yup, my PSS are still pretty new and I like the cost of the 18's vs the 19's. :) I've also heard that finding 19 tires is somewhat of a pain.

I wonder: How is the cost of the 18's compared to the cost of the 20's? I know when I was researching the PSS I found that the 20's cost less than the 19's. I'm guessing the 20's are a more prevalent tire?

Michelin Pilot Super Sport @ Tire Rack
275/30 r20 $313
275/35 r19 $361

Let me know what you find. :p. I definitely wouldn't jump up to 20s though.

Discount tire has the 19s for $337 but that's still more than I paid for the 18s. Are you guys going to keep giving me crap if i stick with 18s?

happytheman 06-06-2012 07:32 PM

Nah, just wanted to make sure you were considering all the options.

Put your wheel money on your car payment/piggy bank. Upgrade wheels once your PSS's need replacing.

Mr.kenchan, I am surprised you still have time to browse around other threads while you are so freaking busy with your gadgets... :bowrofl:

Take it easy bud, if the thread/poster is idiotic, no need to waste time on it, hahaa.

Nice shots Bucket. Looks like you had a nice little trip.

Bucketlist2012 06-06-2012 09:09 PM

Thanks Pint..Thanks Gale force...

It was incredible..Spent a small fortune, but bucket lists are never, ever cheap..

They are many places to stay, but if you want to experience the best, the Ahwahnee is the place to go..

I was there with all the Blue Hairs, and the Tourists from all over the world...

Some of the Best Food..The views were Insane, and obviously, Yosemite, no matter how you do it, is Spectacular...

Like I was back in time...The sunshine changing on the Granite as the day went by....

Photos don't even do it justice...In person it was unbelievable...

Photos are from my Iphone 4S....They were better than our camera..
