Not on the street. You get to 40mph hour waaaaaayyyyy too fast. 60 is immediate. Its not like the Z where you stomp on the gas for fast accel and you can work the gas peddle for slower but more entertaining throttle-play. The vette its either slow crawl or lightning fast. Unless you plan on being on a track every Saturday? A Vette isn't a whole lot of fun.

Respect to the 193mph top speed on a base vette. Wow.

GL with the vett.

I personally love Chevy cars on paper, they are the best bang for the buck. But every time I get in one I can't wait to get out.

if their cars had the same interior as their trucks and SUVs I dont think they would run into this issue.. I am super happy with my silverado.

I dont go for the vette but I wouldnt say american cars are blah. I do like the new muscle cars like camaro and charger etc and the higher end mustangs are cool.

Just remember that it is part of being in the Vette community to wave at fellow Vette's when passing them.

I guess that isn't part of the Z community as I waved at a fellow Z and they didn't wave back

Yeah, what up with that.... It used to be in the early days. I still wave at 350Z and 370Z. I get a wave back about 50% of the time now.
