My fiance has this same exact problem in 2009 G37 Sedan.. Been back and forth to the dealership and they said they can't figure it out unless they have it

My fiance has this same exact problem in 2009 G37 Sedan.. Been back and forth to the dealership and they said they can't figure it out unless they have it towed in during the problem.
