I dont think theres anything wrong with giving a customer a chance to get a better deal, especially if they show they are not a high risk. Maybe they only use the car a few times a week and ride the bus or bike... For anyone who thinks that it would be a big brother issue, think about the cellphone that you keep near you 24/7
