The Touring inserts are alcantara, not fake suede. It's like sitting on velcro.
My previous car was an Infiniti G37S coupe. It's seats were full leather. I much prefer the Z's seats. The G37's have a problem with the center part of the seat base leather stretching. No problem with the alcantara. I think the hot cold thing a bit overblown with leather. It's never been a problem for me.
