Those of you who have had Steering Lock Failure

Do the 2012's or 2013's have this problem?

2010 40th anniversary edition. steering lock went out last night and I was stranded 40 f@cking miles from home. 39k miles on the car. seems like my car goes in the shop on e every 3 months for something stupid.

I am so glad that I did one of the fixes so I don't have to worry about it any more. I always hate seeing people adding to this thread

so disappointing that Nissan won't do there own fix...........well actually I guess they did since they removed the lock all together on the newer models.

Sorry to the people still dealing with this BS.....

Just out of curiousity...are there any other issues you guys may know about on the 370 that I may encounter?

yep I think it is gone as of the '12 models...........someone correct me if I am wrong but pretty sure that was when they deleted it.
