Looks like you've got all of your answers here, however my two cents. I installed my K&N intake system a few months ago. Install is no problem with basic tools.

Looks like you've got all of your answers here, however my two cents. I installed my K&N intake system a few months ago. Install is no problem with basic tools. Just take your time and read ahead in the install manual. Sound is so good that I may not even need a CBE system. GOOD LUCK!!!
