the dash mount is a suction cup type with weird gummy stuff on it so it sticks super well on our rough plastic dash. That sucker does not budge!

I've had a few detectors and so far this one works pretty well, but as I use my phone for turn by turn directions (WAZE app is AWESOME BTW) the detector goes into background mode when i have WAZE running and I'm not sure I get all my warnings. I'm still playing with it and trying to figure out how to make it work best for my setup.

apple store has 14 day return policy so I've got a few more days to goof around with it.
