yep. typically i was charging my buddies $50/hr and 5hrs minimum for detail inside/out. this included 1 step polishing, sealant/wax, interior cleaning, dressing the plastics, cleaning wheels/exhaust tips, dressing tires, enginebay wipedown.

if i require 2 step or 3 step polishing add 2hrs each step. expensive? not really. do i care if i dont get the business? NO. im a busy guy and unless i feel like im making some change, i dont waste my time cleaning other people's mess. oh, and i dont do minivans or suv's. lol

I changed my clutch helper spring and, now, I am a pro manual driver! Seriously though, it made a lot of difference.

I took out the helper spring and got the softer one and the pedal of mine feels so much better than it did stock. A stock Z is now hard to drive! lol

I took out mine but didn't replace it with a softer spring, it won't harm the car/clutch, right?? BTW, I don't find the clutch heavy wuthout the helper spring.

Can a helper spring replacement have a negative effect on the clutch wear? (i.e, will it sometimes be partially engaged with no foot pressing on it?)

yah you should be fine. MikeLB or LBMike or something's selling them in canada in the vendor section. i got mine locally since they're the same for the G37C's and a friend's friend got a few.

i dont think so. the pedal is back to its stock free position or very close to it when you clutch out.

I believe I'm one of the few/only people who didn't notice much difference between the stock spring and the helper spring. I will be reverting back to the stock spring.

thanks for the tips Mr.kenchan, so far I like the way how the clutch feels without the spring. In fact, I would love a heavier clutch point if possible.
