thanks, mr.alcheng. actually in my cause i need to stretch and keep moving, then relax...then redo over and over..otherwise my muscle tenses up and starts hurting. it's not a dislocated disc.  |
Ken I started suffering from bouts of lower back muscle spasm's when I was 24. They come and go. Most of the time the episodes are years apart. When they do visit, man....its not fun. I do what I can to avoid the trigger for them. Its hard to say just what it is. Hang in there. Most of us suffer from some sort of pain in the back in life at 1 time or another.
