I have the rears exactly in the middle and the fronts 1/4 turn from the midpoint (toward the firm side). I am staying with these setting for a week or so and re-evaluate. I am thinking another 1/4 turn firm for both front and rear ends, but let's see how it goes.
Koni Yellows are good stuff. At full soft I believe they are a tad firmer than the OEM dampers, but they do a tremendously better job at, well, damping, so they ride smoother.

I like to start out at full soft and work my way firmer (that's what she said). Full stiff is usually too hard (that's also what she said). Somewhere in the middle is usually just right (again, it was she that said it).
