What did you do with your Z today II

I got a ticket for 74 in a 55 construction zone on the CA101. There was no construction going on at all during the time but apparently that does not matter and you have to follow the construction speed at all times. The cop did not put the construction zone part in the ticket so it does not count as double penalty.

Thats probably why he did you a favor and didnt give you the zone penalty.

19 over is boarderline level for a potential impounding of your ride...I hope this didnt actually surprise you...

And are you honestly surprised that it doesnt matter that construction wasnt actually happening? :|
