25-greatest-v6-powered-cars-ever (from IL)

I stopped reading that article when I got the the 89' Ford Taurus. The engine might have been good but those cars were terrible for my experiences with them.

Whoa now, the old Taurus SHOs were actually pretty neat with the Yamaha V6s.

Back in 1989 a high-tech N/A V6 in a cheap four door FWD sedan that did 0-60 in 6.7 seconds with handling on the sporty side was fairly uncommon.

No the engine is good, but the article is "25 Greatest V6 powered cars ever" to me means the best cars that have a V6 in them. Not the "25 greatest V6 engines ever".

Our company had a few of them that I used, they were abused yes but they spent more time being repaired then being in use.

OH, well that would pretty much eliminate just about every Italian car on the list.

Funny you say that. I thought the 370z and the taurus should've traded places. I think the top 5 is subjectively correct. 25-10 was questionable in how the order came in. Oh yeah and I drive the mustang v6. As impressed qas I was with its power delivery. Its NO Z FOR SURE... but this is inside line. That's like going to my grandma to get a tune up. She wouldn't even know how to open the hood. Lol. I don't think the guys at inside line know either...
