Still nothing about the brake ducting? Not that I need it. Just really curious how they fixed it.

7 pages of not so useful information about this oil cooler? This makes me sad.

Nissan dealer here tells me there's no real ducting coming....on the other hand, they don't have any 2012s in for a while, so I don't exactly trust them.

Ya really, when i went order mine in early jan 09 they didn't even know the 370 was coming out. They said wait you want to order a 350? We have a few on the lot now.

Girl at the dealership I went to this morning kept urging me toward the used 350Z on their lot because it was a manual. Then she kept saying I could have an '11 with the NAV/M6/Touring/Sport. Sometimes you just cannot get through to people.

2012. Touring. NAV. Manual. Sport Package. Coupe.

It's an amazingly simple concept. It took the manager to grasp it.

Same thing happened to me when i ordered my 2012. I kept hearing the 2012 will be the same exact car no changes, glad i waited. Now i'm patiently waiting for delivery. Plus, i refused to by a 370z that was touched by anyone besides me, considering i love detailing. :happydance:

Fortunately, my experience in DFW is they all know its a 370z. What they don't know and it really pisses me off. They call the sport appearance pkg the sport pkg and try to pretend the apearance pkg has sport pkg features. Or they show you a sport package and call it touring but its a base sport and then move you over to another car that has leather and call it their touring model with the leather pkg. Lmfao. I don't know if they are playing stupid to warrant more cash for the cars on ignorant people or if they are really that dumb? Maybe they just like playing with packages?:ugh2:

sorry for the resurrection on this old thread, but as previously directed by folks.. search first..

I took delivery on a 2012 Touring w Sport Pkg and nav on 2/15

Still trying to get hard clarity if it has a oil cooler or not...

has anyone absolutely confirmed?

Red__Zed 02-25-2012 09:20 AM

You can take a look at your oil filter and see if there is a sandwich adapter

XBarbarian 02-25-2012 09:32 AM

ya, thanks for the reminder of the simple way.. but unfortunately.. without a lift or blocks or something, in my carport.. I cant see even the oil filter =(

LOL

Red__Zed 02-25-2012 09:35 AM
