I am not angry at all-a little surprised with the passion in your comment you didn't at least acknowledge what I actually wrote in what you replied to it!

Did you read his comment:
"The level of professionalism and customer service necessary to make members of the Z community want to participate in this event was non-existent. When you charge people $85 for registration and $60 to enter a cash show, you should have the trophies and plagues ready. After this post, I know I will not be receiving one ever "

My point was to let him know the money he paid had nothing to do with the awards.
I would venture a guess he received his coin(pictured below) at the awards ceremony, all but a few picked them up. I also shared the information I had on the timeliness of the rest of the award going out-unfortunately it turned out to be wrong...repeatedly. He will get his award-as I said, it was never my intention to disappoint anyone-and he was awarded! This is just one of those times when the best intentions got me bitten in the *** repeatedly-and not in the I'd liked to have had repeated!
