What is it with reviewers and the so-called headrests. Those things behind your head are "headrests" in name only. They are not designed as pillows for you to lean back

What is it with reviewers and the so-called headrests. Those things behind your head are "headrests" in name only. They are not designed as pillows for you to lean back on as you drive. Your head is not supposed to be in contact with it when you drive. It is designed to prevent neck injury during an accident ... jeez ..
