I wanted to like the new camaro, I really did. The outside reminds me of the old days. When I looked inside,, well, they are still plastic crap and ugly. The 370 is such a gorgeous interior, it just blows the camaro away. The outside of the 370 is every bit as gorgeous as the camaro and is a better made car.

I felt the same way Alan. They had the very base of base models at the Portland Car Show and I was supremely dissapointed. The black steelies just didn't work for it and the interior was so drab and pathetic I thought I was in a Cobalt. The shapes are interesting but there is nothing to break up the monotony. Just one long slab of hard plastic.

If anyone thinks visibility in our car is tough they should sit in a Camaro. You'll love the vista like views the Z gives you in comparison.

It really looks gorgeous in pics and I'd like to see an upgraded trim in person.

On the other hand...the Challenger was really pretty damn sweet. It'd be like parking a boat but it seemed quite nice.

I disagree. The interior of the Z is way better but the exterior is not better than the Camaro. In fact it is streets ahead. Love the Z!

I DO like the new Camaro. But it wont be the track star I was looking for. That'd be the Corvette. But I confess, I do like the 370's styling more.

I was dead set on getting a C6 vette until I test drove the 370z. I like the looks and cabin much better. Yeah, the extra 100hp would've been nice no doubt but a daily driver isn't all about the engine.

It was a TOUGH decision for me to choose the 370Z over a 'Vette. The 370 is a better car in terms of fit and finish... just feels better on the inside... but the 'Vette just blows it away in power. I still have second thoughts everytime I see a nice C6.

In the end it comes down to, can you accept the lack of power the 370 has over the Corvettes downsides.

But if you purely want a race car, a used C6 Z51 is really the way to go, it beats the 370 on handling, braking, power...its rough :-/

No second thoughts here. For me, the Z just fit better. It fills a unique niche without any close cousins. Now if a new Supra or RX-7 were in production well that'd be a different story.

I need to make it to a Chevy dealership to test drive one. I drove the new 2010 Mustang GTs and liked them. I'm sure I'll like the Camaro, too.

Unfortunately I only have so much money and can not afford all of the cars I want at one time.

ask the camaro guys WTF is wrong with their calipers?

went and saw one today and yup just like i thought wheel weights glued to the calipers. car looked pretty cool i didnt realize they SS had the gunmetal lower trim in the front like the nismo 350 and GT-R that was a nice touch. i sat in it interior was ok but 370 is more upscale. camaro was a little bigger than i thought higher wheel arches and a taller car in person.

but seriously whats up with this
