Buy a vacation Condo. That's what I am doing now, but I'll have to do a mortgage without that cash laying around. Otherwise it would go into long term investments

That's what I am doing now, but I'll have to do a mortgage without that cash laying around. Otherwise it would go into long term investments with the rest of my cash. Car is perfect stock and will keep me happy for 5 years or so. Then I'd do a GTR maybe, or a Cayman.
