Car Towed!!!

So you want to call the police and file a claim with your insurence company because you were illegally parked? It's a fire lane for a reason and theres a parking lot for a reason. If you stop in the fire lane and you are sitting in the car with the engine running, i dont see a problem with that. I do that all the time as my gf is coming out the doors of the mall and only once i had to move as i seen a fire truck coming. But if you parked your car there and went into the store, then you got what you deserved.

Completely misses the point. The reason the car was towed makes zero difference. The tow truck driver can't be negligent in his job.

Besides, your whole post is about pot calling kettle black. You just stated that you park in fire lanes too....in fact, you park there "all the time". It's a fire lane for a reason, you know, and there's a parking lot for a reason.
