I'd go for sub-$30k, but then again, I'm pretty agressive with my depreciation assumptions. Per KBB, seems to be pretty fair - it's pegging that car at $36k private party,

 Per KBB, seems to be pretty fair - it's pegging that car at $36k private party, but that doesn't take the discounts Nissan was giving towards the end of the model year on the 40th's (and others).
