It is true that just because an 18 year old male is statistically more likely than any other demographic to do something stupid behind the wheel of a car doesn't mean that that ALL of them are going to.

It's also true that child molesters are more likely to molest again, but it also doesn't mean ALL of them are going too. I wouldn't give a molester a second chance with my kid.
