they should be the same McGard ones that we use on the Infiniti models.... never seen it crack yet -- must've been a crappy tool that vibrated the crap out of them and causing them to crack.

i still do it all by hand w/o power tools taking off lugs.... something about the safety of it

No it's the locks. They were using the 350 locks which were not the correct part. The new Infiniti ones are the same as the new ones for the 370Z with the washer and all. 370Z has longer studs than 350Z.
