Bought at the end of July 2010, it has 4,600 miles on it and I average around 21-23mpg in mixed driving conditions. I see around 28-30mpg if I stay below

Bought at the end of July 2010, it has 4,600 miles on it and I average around 21-23mpg in mixed driving conditions. I see around 28-30mpg if I stay below 70 and am conservative with the throttle, can't complain.
