Test drive both and see if you like them. EPA estimates for MPG values are listed on the sticker. Simple math can approximate what you can expect based on your driving habits. Sport package is your choice but since you're considering the G also I'm guessing looks are more important to you. Again, your choice so get what you want.

You can search for mods that folks have done if you're that curious. Probably best for you to actually get the car before asking people how to change aspects of the headlights. It's a pointless question right now.
