Staying na, you will have a hard time making over 320-330whp. Going fi you will safely be at around 400-470whp depending on setup.

"safe" on stock internals is considered <= 500whp, assuming you have a good tune etc. this is generally based on opinions from tuners/builders by evaluating internals and how long people have been running boosted VHR's.
