well put. Safely @ 400-470whp on stock bottom end? Thanks guys im going back to talk to them today and see what we can work out.

"safe" on stock internals is considered <= 500whp, assuming you have a good tune etc. this is generally based on opinions from tuners/builders by evaluating internals and how long people have been running boosted VHR's.
