after installing my test pipes im worried that something like this might happen to me because my dealer said that they wouldnt warranty my engine if something went wrong now

after installing my test pipes im worried that something like this might happen to me because my dealer said that they wouldnt warranty my engine if something went wrong now that ive installed them. also what is the warranty? i thought when i bought the car the dealer told me 3 year 36000 miles. the tech that changed my oil thursday told me it had 96000 on the powertrain?
