I'm curious - since you ran low on oil (which is normally a maintenance issue), why is the engine replacement being handled under warranty? Did you have a documented case

I'm curious - since you ran low on oil (which is normally a maintenance issue), why is the engine replacement being handled under warranty? Did you have a documented case of too high of oil consumption?
