High pitch whine

ALL 370Z & G37 ECUs being replaced if you bring them in.
Problem Solved: Elmination of the high pitch frequency noise coming from ECU and hurting peoples' ears.

I know this is a very old thread but I was wondering is people targeted this sound.
I Have a very sensitive ear and hear this annoying sound when radio is off and windows are up. My friend who got the Z the same day I did has the same sound.
Any solutions?
