My problem with those two is the douche on the right. His trailer hitch needs to come off, or he needs to pull in further because now it's taking up a parking spot by itself.

Also why do some people drive with their trailer hitches on? They aren't that hard to pull out and set in the garage, do people think that at a moments notice they are gonna have to hook up a trailer?

If I was desperate for money I'd steal those, they are usually held in place by a simple cotter pin and usually worth some money.

Guys leave the hitch in. It's called a stinger. If you rear end them. It will do more damage to your car.
