It happened again. Same Safeway, this time in the underground parking lot. Notice the spot I chose was against a wall. No passenger means I can park flush to it

It happened again. Same Safeway, this time in the underground parking lot. Notice the spot I chose was against a wall. No passenger means I can park flush to it and leave PLENTY of room between me and the next stall. On the other side of the very wide stall to the left is a concrete pillar.
 Dude still can't park his sh!t straight. I know there's plenty of room between us but f#ck this guy. I left him one of these:
