Official Crappy Parkers Thread

Got another one for you! This guy isn't technically "parked", but might as well have been. This was at a stoplight, and he kept creeping forward every few seconds like he was waiting for the light to change, even though everyone knows that light is stupid long. He ended up having to stop here cause he couldn't go any further, the cars turning the other way were honking at him as it was. He stayed like this for like 4 minutes lol...

i believe he said the light was red and he was just inching up while waiting for it to turn green
