You're right, there's a line. But because parking is so bad, my company told us that we can park in those spaces. Parking gets so bad that on a daily basis people park parallel to the walls where there aren't any spots.

that makes sense then. but if i didnt know that, i may park like the truck to stay away from the person on the other side of me since i would assume its an end spot.
