That some people hate on you because you have a Z? I was driving to work today and this lady (I will withhold race ) in a beater buick came flying into a traffic circle only to glare at my car when she drove by and did 10mph for as long as I couldn't pass her. I didn't tailgate her as to avoid chips. I guess some people just have to make everyone else's life shitty because theirs is too.

I turned onto a traffic free city street yesterday and gave her some throttle as I accelerated from 5 up to 35mph. The exhaust must have reverberated off the buildings because a lady j-walking across the street in front of me glared at me and started waving her hands downward while yelling 'slow down'. Pretty annoying when I wasn't even speeding. Actually considered just hitting her for a minute.

i personally hate when people behind me beep at me while i turn onto aprons...have to go slow to avoid scraping the bumper ya know....they don;t care though, i just slowed their day by 4 seconds...

It may just be in NC but a lot of pickup trucks like to tailgate me as well... WTF?

I've also had the experience where people is beaters (cars, not undershirts) give me dirty looks. That always makes me laugh, since the Z is not all that expensive.

On the other hand, elementary school age kids give me the thumbs up all the time!

That's what kills me. A lot of people that have a problem with the z spent almost as much on their car.

People tend to think that anything other than your run-of-the-mill 4 door sedan costs way more than it really does.

i think it's more to the rarity of the car rather than how many doors it has. i know in NOVA you will see a Z every 5 seconds but that's not true for most other places, people think the Z is expensive because they never see one.

I remember talking to some lady who was driving an Armada about my car. She was convinced the Z cost more than her car

. She could buy two sees for the cost of the tank.

I think people are just dumb. I had a V6 Mustang back in high school and if you told a girl it cost $70k she'd believe you.
