I think your numbers may be a bit too optimistic, especially that 1/4 mile number. Nissan said that the 370z's main competitor is the Porsche Cayman S. The 2009 Cayman S now has 320HP vs 295HP for 08'. Porsche claims a 0-60 in about 4.9 secs. So I highly doubt the 370z will best it by two-tenths to 60 mph.

0-60MPH - 4.8sec (I've seen that number for both the Cayman S and M Coupe, all three cars have almost the exact same power/weight... I know, I know, I'm not taking gearing into account - bad me )
1/4 mile - mid 13s @ mid 100s (Yes, I'm hedging, the quarter just never really did it for me as a performance metric)
Skidpad - .93g
Slalom - 71.5MPH
Ring Time - 8min 10sec

My Guesstimate

0-60 MPH = 5.3

1/4 Mile = 13.5 @ 107

Top speed = Around 168 mph

Skidpad = 0.94

I was just going by the estimated hp/weight ratio. The cayman s has a hp/weight ratio of 10.5. Motortrend achieved a 0-60 time of 4.8 and 13.3 quarter mile at 105 mph in this car.

We know the 370z is going to have 332hp. We also know that the 370z is going to weigh 95lbs less than the 350z. The 350z weighs 3,339 lbs so subtract 95 off of that and we get 3,244 lbs. 3,244 divided by 332 is 9.7. So 9.7 is clearly better than 10.5 so that is how I came up with my estimates.

Also, keep in mind porsche says 4.9 so that when the mags run times of 4.7 it will make them look better.

I think the ring time we be somewhere in between 8:10-8:20. Slalom of 71.X seems reasonable.

The 370Z should be faster than the estimate posted above. Consumer Reports tested an automatic 2007 G35 sedan at 0-60 in 5.4seconds with the 1/4 mile coming in at 13.8 seconds. The G35 is a heavier car with less horsepower (306). I'd say that the 7speed auto 370Z will be good for 0-60 in about 5.0-5.1 seconds. The manual might be a tick faster (there hasn't been a big difference in auto vs stick times in the VQ35HR and I expect this to be true for the VQ37VHR as well), maybe a 4.9-5.0 second 0-60. Like someone else said 4.7 is definitely too optimistic...
