my car just hit 16,000 miles and it just started to do it.. I mean I thought it was something to do with me installing my coilovers but I guess

my car just hit 16,000 miles and it just started to do it.. I mean I thought it was something to do with me installing my coilovers but I guess its a natural thing after the car hits a certain amount of miles? It just started doing it last night.. I put the coilovers on weeks ago so.. not sure if its because of that? I have not aligned my car yet.. maybe that will fix it?
