Weight of the 370Z

I read a few articles where they are around 3400 LBS but today when I looked at the tag on my inner door it was around 3900-4000. What's up with that?

Somthing like front end 2600, rear 1900. Thta's like 4500 pounds?

Unless I'm mistaken, the reading you saw was the GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating?), not the actual weight of the car.

Can someone confirm this for me?

Yes, that is the weight the car can carry including itself, passengers and cargo.

Removed my Spare tire, jacks, wrenches, maintain no more than 1/2 tank of gas.

Feels lighter with these items removed and tank only 1/2 full or less.

AAA doesn't fix a flat, they only change the tire if you get one. If you don't have a spare to put on I'm not sure what they would do.

When I hit the road and travel outside the 25 mile radius of work and home. I'll put the spare back in place.

I am not in the BIG city here. Hick town, Texas more like.

I have had 1 flat tire in 8 years lol.... I for one am not really that conscerned about flats.... just check your tires every week....BTW.. The flat I had was from a big rock in the road I couldnt avoid .... 50 bucks for a tow back home IF it happens isnt that bad..... I would pay that to not have to sit on the side of the highway on the ground changing a tire.....
