There's been too many times when I tried to pull out quickly and it slows the car, putting you in even more danger because your car isn't accelerating like it should be.

+1...I Have VDC off majority of the time! (just like i did with my g35c 6mt, off 99% of the time)

If you can't handle the car then keep it on! Its as easy as that.
