No...I can only go by what folks tell me if they follow-up with me.

robert you said this will go on until june, but is it until june to walk into the dealer with the number you provide us with or will we still have 90 days after that to go in and still get the deal ? Just asking as i still saving and was planning on buying towards the end of the year

I can issue the claim numbers through the end of June so a number I issue on June 30th would be good for 90 days from that date.

Robert,

It's an honor to have you within the 370z community as a dedicated member, enthusiast, and supporter. From what i've seen so far, you've been doing some commendable work supplying these incredible deals to prospective buyers, myself included. I think what your doing is great, and I just want to say thanks for giving a lot of us an opportunity to go in, get out, and have an amazing car.

I very seldom find 3rd party help to assist me with a car purchase, but your help is too much. What makes this even better is it's a win/win situation for you and the buyer (chance for a second Z for the year). You'll be getting a PM from me shortly. :hello:

DRock 04-23-2009 02:11 PM

Robert, I'm planning on purchasing a 370 within the next two weeks. That'd be amazing if you could hook me up with the same deal like you did with these other satisfied people. Email me: ddearment@hotmail.com

Thanks again!

Quick question.
Was anyone or are we able to negotiate after using the VPP program?!
Or will the dealership not go lower?

frost 04-23-2009 07:34 PM

^ from the couple dealerships I went to, it's a no negotiation type of deal. They go to the computer, input the number you give them in some nissan website, it spits out your price, they print it out and hand it to you.

juan05 04-23-2009 09:54 PM

hey there robert i just pm you. i hope to be another satisfied customer in the future because of this. hope to hear from you.

It's not problem and I'm glad to do it.

If you are going to wait until August or so to buy then yes, just contact me about the end of June.

hey robert just reminding you about that email :)
Gonna go to Nissan this weekend

Robert_Nash 04-24-2009 11:11 AM

Ok...as I write this, everybody who has contacted me should have reveived a response from me (either asking for the information I need from you to participate or an email containing the PDF documents you'll need to participate in the program).

So, if anyone is still waiting, it means something "happened" and you should probably contact me again so that I can follow-up.

It's looking to be a perfect weekend in this part of the country so after some yard work this Saturday, the hound and I are going to hit the road with for at least part of the weekend...I hope everyone here gets a chance to do the same (sans hound anyway)!

jpit 04-24-2009 04:36 PM

I'm another satisfied Robert Nash customer - Touring Platinum Graphite with Sport.

Ubunoir 04-25-2009 04:58 PM

P.M. Sent! :-)

ENT-Z 04-25-2009 05:50 PM

Props to Mr. Nash

I'm still waiting for my car to arrive and use your VPP number.

I just wanted to say "thank you" again. I think what you are doing is great. I know you are getting flogged somewhat on the oil temperature thread, so I hope you know that some of us certainly appreciate what you've done!

Thanks again!

Robert_Nash 04-25-2009 07:04 PM

I appreciate it...thanks!

Bibimbap 04-26-2009 07:40 PM

That's right. It would be impossible to give anyone an exact price on a vehicle until you've selected the exact vehicle you want. :)

I'm sorry you weren't aware in time but what's important is that you paid a fair price and that you enjoy the vehicle!

dharvison 04-28-2009 07:02 AM

Robert, what perfect timing! I'm in the market for a 370 now and would like to recieve information on this.

PM sent.

LiquidZ 04-28-2009 11:17 AM

Just to let everybody know, but this definitely works.

Thanks to Robert, I got my car for $100 below invoice. CAN'T BEAT THAT!

Robert_Nash 04-28-2009 12:36 PM

For those who have contacted me (either by PM or by email) within the last 24 hours or so with the information I need (and are simply waiting for me to send your VPP claim number), I'll try to have all of them done/caught-up by 8PM this evening (CDST).

I appreciate your patience!

Edit: As I edit this, I've caught up on everyone I had pending so if you are expecting an email/PM from me and don't get one, please let me know!

hockeyjeffyzf 04-28-2009 02:50 PM

There may be a similar program for the European market that Europe-based Nissan employees participate in but, unfortunately, that isn't something I can do - the program I can participate in is only for North America.

Thanks to Robert, I was able to pick up this fully loaded baby for $36, 800 at Flemington Nissan in NJ. It is a manual Touring with Nav and Sports. MSRP was $40, 3xx. It was so good of a deal that I ended picking up the Security+Gold Preferred (7 years/100k warranty) for $1, 500 with my spare cash. It was the easiest car purchase transaction I've ever had in my life. I ended up trading my RX-8 which made me really sad though =(

I'm sure transportation costs play a part as might the exchange rate...other than those items, however, I'm not sure why the price differential.

What would a 911 Turbo cost you over there???

Robert_Nash 04-30-2009 08:16 PM

I should be caught up with everyone's requests at this point so if anyone is "waiting" for me still; please let me know.

OWSIU 05-01-2009 11:07 AM

Thank you Robert for helping us all out! I'll be PMing you in June. Do you know when is the cut off to order a Z? I'm for sure pulling the trigger on 370z in August, but I want to make sure I get the Z exactly the way I want it. (Magnetic Black base + sport package 6mt, shouldn't be hard to find, but just in case...)

It depends on what model year you want...I don't know when the 10 model year will start production but I would suspect sometime in early fall which would mean that '09's will likely be impossible to order by July/August...best I can tell you is to keep up with the automotive press to see when they start to talk about the 2010 model year and when they should go on sale.

I can offer the VPP program through the end of June (June 30th) and the numbers are good for 90 days from the date of issue.

Hope that helps some with your planning.
