Don't forget about PA, easily some of the worst roads on the east coast. You could be blind folded drive from MD into PA and know exactly where PA started.

I tell you what, come out to AZ. Not only do the roads suck (cause most havent been re-paved since the 70's) But the people here can't drive, and most of them don't even have insurance to boot.
