For those of you looking at the Bimmers Or MBs, search on Yahoo about both companies' recent product ratings. Down boy! Down......

Absolutely YES. I still believe that it is the best in class for the $$$'s. Best bang for the buck hands down.

The 370 is rated VERY poorly as well in the reliability department. You can find an up or a down rating for any vehicle if you look hard enough/at enough sources. I think every vehicle has/can have issues.

Where have you seen reports of the Z being unreliable??

Consumer Reports gives it a solid black circle. I know how this forum likes CR, and liked to cite it when it backed up their claims vs. some domestics, so I guess you can have to go with what was good for the goose...
