Anyone having a problem with their driver seat moving around with aggressive driving?

i have this problem, i thought i may be a little pickey. its like one side pops out if i push front to back hard it will snap or pop tnto place. im disappointed to say i just got my 2010 370z out of dealership.2.218 miles transmission started making a winding sound. they replaced transmission. the new one has a slight sound but nothing like before. i hope it will be ok.i will be taking back to shop over seat. if i find anything out ill post it.....rw
