I dont know about going on a record or what. They might keep track of them but these are minor infractions. Ive gotten 5+ from those parking fools and each time ive only needed to have it signed off by a cop and send in the 10 dollar fee and it goes away. Keeping your car registered in OK is a big big risk apparently. I was once told of a horror story by one person. He had been in Cali for awhile and got pulled over on THANKSGIVING. He claims they impounded his car because of the out of state plates. Not sure how long he had them like that. As for tint, it doesnt matter what plate you have on your car. If it is darker then legal and the cop wants you to take it off you will have to have it done. I have way darker then legal and no cop has ever given me grief. I guess the question is, how risky are you? Feel lucky...punk? ![]()
