I still find it tough, although I am starting to get used to it. I try to back in to spots to make things easier when pulling out. There is enough visibility with the mirrors to back in resonably well.

In a few cases where I had to back out while there was alot going on behind me (traffic and tons of pedestrians), I slowlly inched back by feathering the clutch while revving the engine a bit higher than usual so my exhaust would warn folks to

my way. LOL
