Sounds like the OP got unreasonably upset too quickly and did not give the Zed a chance, it seems that he assumes that new cars should be perfect and that there are no teething problems. shame really

I do like the new look and performance of the new stangs... But I could never get pass the hideous interior. I could never buy a domestic IMO...

I have a 1994 Toyota 4x4 with 164,000 that starts every time I turn the key, I HAD a 2009 370z with 24,000 that wouldn't start.
Yes I gave the Z a chance, I owned 2 of them but I plan to never purchase a Nissan again. That's that! If that upsets or offends anyone then you have issues. g'day erm uh g'nite

20 yr old tech. Incorrect. Actually our 370 engine is very old compared to the new 11 5.0 engine. Show me a car that has a full glass roof that is in the same price range as the GT stang? Don't worry I'll wait. Show me a car that allows me to personalize the color of the dash/mood lighting to any color I choose. Show me a car that that sounds like a beast w a simply cat back exhaust that is in the price range of the 11 mustang. The navigation w/ sync will give you a hard on. I'd go into more detail but it's just that good. And I compared both side by side between my boss' 11 mustang and my 09 Z w/ Nav. Now, don't get me wrong. I still chose my 370z even today with the new 11 mustang on showrooms. But that's because Ford still has not put an automatic transmisison in the mustang that will allow me to shift it like a manual. And I know your response will be just get a manual. And I'd love to. But my right leg was blown off overseas. I'll never leave the Z family until Ford will make a slightly nicer interior & a "tiptronic" auto in the mustang. Last edited by J. Dub; 09-30-2010 at 02:23 PM. |

It's a Nissan Z enthusiasts forum and you proudly post a picture of the main competition in the US, what answer do you expect? Try posting pics of the Z and denigrate the Stang in any Mustang forum and the hate will be ten fold what you're getting here because of the obvious feeling of nationalism this would bring.
I think people here are way more mature than a lot of other forums where you'd get slaughtered for admitting what you did, try doing that in the my350z.com forum ![]() |

On my intro thread on one of the Mustang forums no one wanted to talk about the Mustang... just talking about how much they like the 370 and they wanted to know what I thought about it. ![]()
